What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you keep the system, your first month bills automatically. If you walk, no clawback, no penalty — we email-confirm cancellation and export your data. You decide on day 30; we don't auto-charge anything until you sign off.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes — any direction, any time, no penalty. Start on Core 4, add the Voice Agent in month three, drop it in month five. We pro-rate the difference and bill it the next cycle.
What's the difference between Core 4 and Custom AIOS?
Core 4 is productized — same four automations, configured to your business in 14 days, fixed price. Custom AIOS is bespoke: custom dashboards, internal-team workflows, vertical-specific modules. If you're not sure which you need, start on Core 4 — it's where 80% of the leakage is anyway.
Do I need to bring my own phone number?
No. The Voice Agent tier includes a provisioned native number. You can also port your existing number in if you want callers to keep calling the same line you've used for years.
What if my message volume goes over a usage limit?
Core 4 includes generous SMS volume for the typical service business (a few hundred outbound messages per month). If you go significantly over — heavy promo blasts, mass review campaigns — we'll quote the carrier passthrough at cost. No surprise overage bills.
Is the annual plan locked-in for a year?
You pay for the year upfront and save two months — but if you cancel halfway through, we refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis. The annual price is a discount, not a contract.
Do you offer custom pricing for high-volume operations?
Yes. If you're running multiple locations, franchises, or anything that warrants more than the productized tier, book a strategy call and we'll quote it honestly.
